- Bonnaroo Music Festival, (Manchester, TN)
- The Bonnaroo Music Festival, Bonnaroo or 'Roo for short, is an annual rock festival by Superfly Productions and AC Entertainment, first held in 2002. The festival is held on a 700 acre (2.4 km²) farm in Manchester, Tennessee, 60 miles southeast of Nashville, Tennessee. The main attractions of the festival are the multiple stages of live music, featuring mostly jam bands (categorized as progressive fusion), but also including hip hop and other alternative music.
- Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (Indio, CA)
- The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is an annual event held at the Empire Polo Fields in Indio, California featuring musical performances by a number of artists on different stages, showings of independent films, and a number of displays of contemporary art.
- Cornerstone Festival
- The Cornerstone Festival is a Christian music festival put on by Jesus People USA held annually around the 4th of July in Illinois. In a given year, many artists that play at Cornerstone also play at the Creation Festival.
- Farm Aid
- Farm Aid started as a benefit concert on September 22, 1985 in Champaign, Illinois, held to raise money for family farmers in the United States. The concert was organized by Willie Nelson and John Mellencamp, spurred on by Bob Dylan's comments at Live Aid earlier in that year.
- HFStival, (Washington D.C.)
- The HFStival is an annual rock festival sponsored by Washington, D.C. / Baltimore, Maryland radio station WHFS. The HFStival claims to be the largest rock festival on the East Coast. 55,000 to 90,000 people attend the annual event, which had traditionally been held at RFK Stadium until the station moved to Baltimore in 2005. That May, the new WHFS at 105.7 held its first HFStival at M&T Bank Stadium. Though not originally called HFStival, two earlier concerts held on the Fourth of July were the foundation for the first festival and are considered part of HFStival history.
- NedFest: The Nederland Music & Arts Festival, (Nederland, CO)
- NedFest: The Nederland Music & Arts Festival is a two-day outdoor music event located on the shores of Barker Reservoir in the mountains of Nederland, Colorado, 17 miles west of and 3,000 ft above Boulder, Colorado. The music featured is in the bluegrass, jazz, and worldbeat genres.
